WHO WE ARE: Eisner Pediatric & Family Medical Center (EPFMC) is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality preventive care for all ages. Our services for the working poor and uninsured include dental and mental health care. We also house an on-site pharmacy for our uninsured patients.

More than 98% of EPFMC’s patients are below 150% of the poverty level. About 82% of our patients are Latino, and 34% are age 12 or younger. Approximately 60% are female. We also serve patients at our four school-based teen clinics in local high schools.

WHOM WE SERVE: Our patients are the working poor, the uninsured, and underserved communities. EPFMC is located in state assembly and Senate districts identified as having the highest levels of non-elderly uninsured in California. Our Primary Service Area (PSA) encompasses downtown and South Los Angeles, Koreatown, Westlake, Leimert Park, Jefferson Park, Crenshaw, and Mid-City.

WHERE WE’RE LOCATED: The EPFMC home is located at 1500-1530 South Olive Street, in Los Angeles, California, 90015. Our home sits within a unique building graced with murals, a two-story atrium, cheery wall coverings and furniture, and modern medical suites.

WHEN WE’RE OPEN: Clinic hours are 8 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. The Pediatric Clinic opens at 7:30 AM. Most clinics have evening hours until 6:30 or 7 PM a few nights during the week. Go to How to Find Us to learn the days and times the clinic you want to visit is open.
