Do I have to pay before I can see the doctor? No.
Call us at (213) 747-5542, ext. 3507 before you come in for your appointment, and let us answer all your questions. Many of our patients qualify for no-cost or low-cost healthcare plans. We work closely with the insurance enrollers in our Managed Care Operations to help you find the best solution for your needs. If you are not able to pay, we may be able to qualify you for the Healthy Way LA Matched and Unmatched programs, which could make your medical care free.
If you would like to pay for services using your existing insurance, contact us in the Billing Department at (213) 747-5542, ext. 3507. We will answer questions about what your insurance covers. Please bring the latest copy of your insurance card when you come for your appointment. If you have Medi-Cal, please bring your Medi-Cal card. If the care you need is not covered, we can work out an affordable payment plan with you. Payment is on a sliding scale, which means it is based on your ability to pay.
We also accept debit or credit cards (Visa or Master) and cash.
Even if you do not have private insurance or qualify for any of the health plans, you can still receive medical care. We never turn people away because of an inability to pay. Please do not put off getting medical care because you do not know how you will pay. We are here to work with you.
